Bounce back from Duke loss

In a game that featured two of Louisville's top players fouling out, the women's basketball team pulled out an overtime win at Virginia 86-81.

Myisha Hines-Allen fouled out with 31 points and 17 rebounds and Mariya Moore finished with 23 points before fouling out.  Asia Durr took the reins from there, helping move her total for the night up to 16 points, but only going 2-for-11 behind the arc.

A player that stepped up for Louisville was Taylor Johnson.  She managed seven points, four steals, and three assists in 21 minutes.  Briahanna Jackson was surprisingly quiet.  She took one shot, but missed, resulting in zero points.  Jackson's only spotlights were four rebounds and three assists.

For the Cavaliers, Aliyah Huland El had 23 points and eight rebounds.  Lauren Moses, Breyana Mason, and Dominique Toussaint all were also in double-digits points as the U of L defense had one of their worst games of the year.

Virginia tied the score at 71-71 in the final seconds of regulation before being outscored 15-10 in overtime.

Virginia falls to 11-4 and 0-2 in ACC play while Louisville improves to 14-3 and 2-1 in conference play.
